Listed below are the options for dinner.

If you chose the Vegetarian option you will get the Carpaccio and the Gnocchi.

If you chose the Meat option you will get the Fishcake and the Lamb

If you’re vegan and declared it you will get the Vegetarian options with appropriate changes made.

Starter

(V) Butternut squash carpaccio, roasted squash, pickled walnuts and rocket salad
Tuna and chilli fishcake, Hollandaise sauce, cucumber and micro cress

Main

(V) Crispy Gnocchi with broadbeans, sweetcorn and a lemongrass cream sauce
Perthshire lamb with dauphinoise potatoes, savoy cabbage, carrot purée and mint jus

Dessert

(V) Sticky toffee pudding, caramel sauce, milk ice cream

There will be a small buffet and wedding cake for evening guests.

Vegetarian/Vegan options will be offered at the buffet.

If you have specific dietary requirements (vegan, GF, etc) let us know on your RVSP and an appropriate meal will be made for you by the hotel staff 🙂
